Meet the Owner

As the founder of Sign N Seal It, I’ve been in the financial services industry for a number of years. In the past, I was a loan officer. I specialized in offering personal and real estate loans. Then, I transitioned into becoming an insurance agent selling multiple lines of insurance, including homeowners. My former background also includes being a teacher for Los Angeles Unified School District and a news reporter for some local outlets in the area. Other skills that I have obtained are being a certified mindset coach and an awarded member of Toastmasters International. I believe the totality of my experiences has made me impeccable when communicating with others, and has heightened my organizational skills while I accurately pay attention to details. When operating as a loan signing agent these skills are very necessary. My over 10 years of experience as a loan signing agent has made me knowledgeable with all types of documents and closings. I don’t miss signatures, dates, or initials. I’m aware of the signing/date procedures for the PCOR. Notice of Right to Cancel. 1003, and all of the other major documents. I can assure you that the borrowers will have a smooth signing experience and you will have flawless documents that will be returned to you in a timely manner. Overall, I carry $1,000,000 in E & O insurance, and I’m certified and approved through NNA, LSS, and Pavaso with a current, clean background check record.
